Dr. Alex Jones holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership from Alliant School of Management and Leadership, Alliant International University, San Diego, California, United States of America, and a Master Degree in International Business from University of Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.

Dr. Alex Jones has extensive experience of more than two decades in the corporate world as well as the education field in the Middle East and the United States of America. He is a corporate trainer and coach listed on the Forbes Coaches Council. He won the coach award of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council of Europe as a distinguished coach and writer of a unique book titled DISLEADERSHIP: 30 Must-Know Models for Sustainable Organizations. He climbed the corporate ladder to become Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in multinational organizations. He taught across several universities in the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America.

Dr. Alex Jones is an active researcher who published research papers in reputed refereed journals. His fields of research interest are leadership, management, organizational behavior, strategy and strategic management, entrepreneurship management, and negotiation skills.
