Dr. Rahul Sharma holds Master of Commerce in Accounts & Law and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Accounts and Law (Commerce) from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University (Formerly Agra University), India. He did his B. Com. (Hons.) from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, (Deemed University), India. 
He has about 17 years of work experience in educational institutes as an educator, researcher and academic administrator. He has teaching and research experience at management institutions of repute in India and UAE. 
Dr. Rahul has published research papers in reputed refereed international journals and guided four scholars for doctoral research work. His teaching and research interest areas include financial inclusion, mergers and acquisition. Financial statement analysis, entrepreneurship and Corporate Finance.
