Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) official Mr. Hamid Khan visited Skyline University College today, October 9, 2016. He conducted a session discussing the Practical Experience Requirement (PER) to current ACCA students under the class of SUC part-time faculty, Mr. Asad Yaqub. Mr. Hamid Khan also discussed the pre-requisites of earning an ACCA certification.
Skyline University College celebrated Nigerian Independence Day on October 6, 2016 with the participation of all our Nigerian students, faculty and staff. Happy Independence Day, Nigeria!
The students participated wholeheartedly in the Skyline Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club (SEIC) Cavalcade Event on September 29, 2016. SEIC members welcomed the new president, Ms. Aliya and acknowledged the outgoing president, Mr. Imran Motiwala. Mr. Imran talked about his future journey on entrepreneurship and highlighted the benefits of being part of SEIC. SEIC mentor Dr. Kakul Agha and Dr. Osama Ali Thawabeh spoke about how students could get involve in the club. Several students showed interest to join SEIC as the registration officially opened.
It was a great evening to celebrate the start of a new semester and also to recognize all the students who contributed to university events, sports, extracurricular activities, and most especially those who made it to the Dean’s List AY 2015-2016. Congratulations to all awarded students who showed exemplary performance in the past academic year!

It’s going to be busy yet exciting days ahead at Skyline! After the orientation, the students had their first look of the SUC facilities including the newly renovated library. The eager staffs of SUC Marketing, Administration, and Library departments are guiding and accommodating the freshmen with all their needs.
Skyline Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club (SEIC) organized a “Talk on Developing Entrepreneurship” with its keynote speaker Ms. Najla Al Ansari, Founder and CEO of Polished Spa, Sharjah on June 26, 2016. Students had an interesting interactive and a highly engaging session with Ms. Naja who shared valuable anecdotes that inspired the participants.

SUC Founder-President Mr. Kamal Puri along with SUC COEC Mr. Nitin Anand and three of the Board of Governors: Dr. Ghanem Mohammed Al-Hajr, Chairman for Al Hawajer Holding; Mr. Ibrahim Barakeh, Principal for Al Shola Private School – Sharjah and; H.E. Marwan Al Sarkal, Chief Executive Officer for Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) have graced the occasion.
The coffee table book reflects the journey of SUC and its rapid growth in the changing time with its uncompromising commitment to deliver academic excellence and training to a multicultural set of students and professionals.
