Skyline Signs an MOU with Sharjah American International School

Skyline University College signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sharjah American International School on March 1, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, SUC's Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations and Mr. Saleh Jadayel, Sharjah American International School's Principal, signed the MOU for their respective organizations. 

 

The MoU highlights the scholarships for the students of Sharjah American International School so they can pursue their higher education. It also includes career guidance workshops for the students and also workshops for the staff and teachers.

 

MOU Renewal with Al Zuhour Private School

Skyline University College renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Al Zuhour Private School on February 26, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations met Mr. Mohamed Motawea, School Principal, and Ms. Dima Al Zuhair, Vice Principal, for the signing.

The MoU highlights the scholarships for the students of Al Zuhour Private School so they can pursue their higher education. It also includes career guidance workshops for the students and also workshops for the staff and teachers.

 

Skyline Signs an MOU with Taryam American School

Skyline University College renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Taryam American School, Sharjah, on February 11, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations, and Mr. Bilal Banat, Assistant Manager for Business Development, met with Dr. Raed Abdalla, Principal of Taryam American School, for the signing. The MoU highlights the scholarships for the students of Taryam American School so they can pursue their higher education. It also includes career guidance workshops for the students and also workshops for the staff and teachers.

SUC Signs MOU with Athena

Skyline University College signed an MOU with the Athena Education Investment on February 10, 2020, at SUC Campus. Mr. Nitin Anand, Vice-Chairman and COEC, of SUC  and Mr. V.N.P Raj, Athena Group’s Managing Director and Founder Chairman signed the MOU.  The MOU highlights the scholarships that Skyline will provide not only to the 11 schools under  Athena Education Investment, in UAE  but also to the employees of Athena Education Investment as well as to their families. Other areas to be explored are joint conduct of Community engagement initiatives and  the possibility of SUC conducting short courses and workshops.

The signing was witnessed by the executives of each group. For Skyline, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mohammad Ina’irat, Mr. Rakesh Gaur, Director for Marketing and Communications, Dr. Ajith Kumar, Dean for the School of Business, Dr. Deepak Kalra, Dean for the School of IT, and Mr. Mohammad Rashid, the Head of Corporate Affairs Office and Centre for Continuing Learning attended the event. From the Athena Education Investment, Mrs. Sasi Raj, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Jan Horn, Director for HR, Operations and Marketing, and Dr. Shabnam Shaji, Chief Strategic Officer, graced the event.

Officers of the General Consulate of Rwanda Visited SUC

Officers from the General Consulate of Rwanda visited Skyline University College on February 6, 2020. SUC Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mohammad In’airat; Director for Marketing and Communications, Mr. Rakesh Gaur; Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa; and faculty member Dr. Nizar Sahawneh had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting the Minister Counsellor of the Republic of Rwanda in Dubai, H.E. Edouard Bizumuremyi and Communication Officer, Ms. Noor Ahmed. His Excellency and Ms. Ahmed were briefed about SUC’s 30 years of academic excellence and they were given a tour around the campus. During the visit, other areas of collaboration including scholarships for Rwanda nationals, articulation with the universities in Rwanda, and student exchange program were also discussed.

Courtesy Visit of SUC Executives to the Indian Embassy

Mr. Nitin Anand, Vice-Chairman and COEC of Skyline University College, and Mr. Rakesh Gaur, Director for Marketing and Communications, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Pavan Kapoor, Indian Ambassador to the UAE, at the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi on February 4, 2020. Mr. Anand briefed His Excellency about SUC’s 30 years of history, its expansion in the UAE and to the African region with the establishment of Skyline University Nigeria, as well as the expansion of the Skyline International Group.

For years, Skyline University College has been establishing strategic partnerships with private and government sectors as part of its goal of providing opportunities for the younger generation so they can pursue higher education.

SUC Signs MOU with NETS International Communications

Skyline University College (SUC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NETS International Communications on February 4, 2020. The MOU was signed by the Managing Director of NETS, Mr. Jahangir Ahmad, and Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mohammad In’airat. The signing was made in the presence of Mr. Rakesh Gaur, Director for Marketing and Communications; Dr. Ajith Kumar, Dean for the School of Business; and Dr. Deepak Kalra, Dean for the School of IT.

The MOU highlights the scholarships that SUC will provide to the employees of NETS as well as to their families. This MOU also includes the possibility of SUC conducting short-term educational programs for the employees of NETS.

SUC Signs MOU with UAE Exchange

Recently, Skyline University College entered a knowledge partnership with UAE Exchange, which was made official through an MOU signing. SUC executives, Dr. Deepak Kalra, Dean for the School of IT; Dr. Ajith Kumar, Dean for the School of Business; and Mr. Rasheed Khalid, Head of SUC’s Corporate Affairs Office and Centre for Continuing Learning, represented SUC.

The MOU highlights the scholarships that Skyline will offer to the employees of UAE Exchange as well as to their families. This also includes the possibility of SUC conducting professional courses and workshops for the employees of UAE Exchange.

SUC Executives with the Gujarat Delegation

Skyline University College executives briefed Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama and Principal Secretary Anju Sharma of the Government of Gujarat, India, on January 17, 2020 about Skyline University’s 30 years of Academic excellence in the UAE. The Skyline team was headed by Vice Chairman Mr. Nitin Anand, along with Mr. Rakesh Gaur, the Director for Marketing and Communications, Dr. Ajith Kumar, Dean for the School of Business, and Dr. Deepak Kalra, Dean for the School of IT. H.E Vipul, Consul General of India, graced the event.

In its 30th year of celebrating academic excellence in the MENA region, Skyline aims to go further beyond borders in terms of education and innovation. During the meeting, its executives put forward the university’s vision by discussing areas of collaboration with the universities in Gujarat and also of the possibility of working together to create a techno hub.

Skyline group has expanded to Nigeria 2 years back with the establishment of Skyline University Nigeria in the Kano region, being the first private university in the region.

 

Skyline - Rewaq Cultural & Charity Association MOU Renewal

Skyline University College executives – Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Muhammad In’airat, Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, and Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Osama Ali Thawabeh met with H.E. Dr. Mouza Ghubash, member of SUC Board of Governors and Chairman of Al Rewaq Cultural & Charity Association and updated her about the progress of the university and the existing MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) which offers scholarships to prospective students referred by Rewaq Cultural & Charity Association. The Skyline team also expressed their gratitude and asked for Her Excellency’s continuous support and guidance.

Skyline Executives at the HR Sharjah Airport Authority

Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Muhammad In’airat, Deputy Director for Government and Public Relations, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Dean of the School of Business, Dr. Ajith Kumar, and SUC faculty member specializing in Travel and Tourism, Dr. Mohit Vij met with Ms. Lamia Al Shamsi, Director of Support Services and Training of HR, Sharjah Airport Authority. SUC faculty members discussed the case study that Dr. Vij and Dr. Kumar, with the support of the officials of Sharjah Airport Authority, will work on and then send to international journals for publication.

SUC Signs an MOU with FIRM

Skyline University College (SUC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Firebird Institute of Research Management (FIRM), India, on November 20, 2019. The MOU was signed by Dr. Parveen Pachori, Director for Project and Planning of FIRM, and Dr. Mohammad Hasan Inairat, Vice-Chancellor, SUC. The event was attended by the executives of SUC.

The MOU aims to establish educational partnerships between the two organizations. This entails the possibility of SUC conducting short-term educational programs for students from India.

SUC Signs an MOU with American College of Dubai

Skyline University College (SUC) established a partnership with the American College of Dubai. This was made official through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing on November 17, 2019 at SUC campus. The MOU, which highlights the library resources sharing between the two institutions to establish cooperation in research, education, and culture between educators and students from the United Arab Emirates.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Sheik Maideen, Head Librarian, SUC, and Mrs. Salma Sheik, Head Librarian from ACD in behalf of their respective organizations. The MOU also highlights community engagement activities to be held together for the benefit of community at large.
