Mr. Ziyad shared the inspiring evolution story of IKEA with students and explained the company's digitization process. He discussed the growth and success of IKEA over the years and provided insight into how the company has embraced technology to enhance the customer experience. The lecture was valuable for students, giving them a glimpse into the corporate culture of a successful global brand.
