Skyline University College has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sharjah Police on August 27, 2017, at Sharjah Police Headquarters. Sharjah Police General Directorate of Resources and Support Services Director, H.E. Brigadier Mohammed Khalifa Al Miri and SUC Executive Director and Chair of the Executive Council, Mr. Nitin Anand signed the MOU on behalf of their respective organizations. Sharjah Police Human Resources Manager, Colonel Abdurrahman Ali Al Mehairi, Major Saif Al Owais, and SUC Deputy Director for Public Relations Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa were present to witness the MOU signing ceremony.
Among other future collaborations, SUC and Sharjah Police have agreed upon a 2 million worth of BBA and MBA scholarship for all Sharjah Police staffs.
Skyline University College Events Committee has organized a memorable Senior Farewell Party for outgoing SUC students who have reached the final term of their college journey on July 13, 2017 at SUC Multi-Purpose Hall.
Skyline University College Community Services Committee headed by Dr. Mohammad Abdul Salam has organized Drug Awareness Seminar as part of SUC’s CSR activities to its students, faculty and staff today, July 11, 2017 at SUC campus. The committee has invited officials from Sharjah Police to give a seminar on the current trends and awareness about drug use and their implications on the career and well-being of a person.
The Drug Awareness Seminar is being held annually at Skyline University College and under the initiative of SUC Community Services Committee.
Skyline University College Assistant Professor Dr.Ajith Kumar.V.V attended the 22nd Eurasia Business and Economics Society Conference from May 24-26, 2017. Dr. Ajith presented a paper entitled “Human Resource Flexibility: An Effective Tool for Competitive Advantage” in the Faculty of Economics, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.
Skyline University College Services Committee headed by SUC Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdul Salam has organized its Annual Old Age Home Visit on July 4, 2017. A group of 20 SUC students and 5 faculty members took part in this event. The students were seen interacting with the members in groups and talking to them for a good half an hour while they greeted them with flowers, dates, and cookies.
