SUC Signs MOU with Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange

Skyline University College entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX), which was made official through an MOU signing ceremony on September 29, 2020. Prof. Mohammad In’airat, SUC Vice-Chancellor, and Mr. Les Male, the CEO of DGCX, signed the MOU. 

 

Mr. Male and the other executives from DGCX were welcomed at the campus by Mr. Nitin Anand, SUC Vice-Chairman, along with the top-level management team of Skyline.

 

The MOU highlights the scholarship that SUC will provide to the members of DGCX as well as to their families, giving them opportunities to pursue higher education in the UAE under Skyline’s School of Business and School of IT. The MOU also entails the Management Development Program, Executive Development Program, and workshops that SUC will conduct to the members of DGCX to further develop their skills and boost their careers.

 

Skyline has been forging and strengthening partnerships with various organizations and communities for 30 years as part of its initiatives to make quality education accessible to everyone.

SUC signs an MOU with SUN

Skyline University College (SUC) entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Skyline University Nigeria (SUN) to establish ties of cooperation in research, education, and culture between educators and students in Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. This was made official through a virtual MOU signing ceremony on September 30, 2020. The MOU was signed by SUC’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Mohammad In’airat, and SUN's Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Sudhakar Kota. The executives of both parties witnessed the ceremony.

Skyline University College has established ties and strategic partnerships with academic institutions, corporates, government sectors, and communities as part of its initiatives to deliver quality education in the MENA region.

Skyline University College (UAE) and Skyline University Nigeria are part of the Skyline International Group Limited, and are dedicated to the delivery of quality education in the MENA region.

SUC signs an MOU with National Charity Schools

Skyline University College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with National Charity School, Dubai, on August 12, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, SUC's Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations and Dr. Mohammad S.B. Shaath, Director General of National Charity Schools, signed the MOU for their respective organizations.
 
The MoU highlights the scholarships for the students of National Charity Schools, Dubai, so they can pursue their higher education. It also includes career guidance workshops for the students and also workshops for the staff and teachers.

Skyline Signs MOU with IAS

Skyline University College (SUC) renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Indian Association Sharjah (IAS) on March 17, 2020. The MOU highlights the scholarship that SUC will provide to the employees of IAS and their families. It also includes the possibility of SUC conducting workshops for the employees of IAS. Mr. E.P. Johnson, President of IAS, and Mr. Nitin Anand, Vice Chairman and Chair of the Executive Council of SUC, signed the MOU with Prof. Mohammad In’airat, Vice-Chancellor, Mr. Rakesh Gaur, Director for Marketing and Communications, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Deputy Director for Government and Public Relations, and Ms. Rabia Bilal, Assistant Manager for Business Development and Events, as witnesses.

This strategic partnership is part of SUC’s CSR initiatives to provide quality education to different communities in the country.

SUC Signs an MOU with the House of Volunteers (HOV)

Skyline University College signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the House of Volunteers (HOV) on March 8, 2020. Ms. Abeer Al Hosani, Director Volunteers at HOV, and Mr. Rakesh Gaur, Director for Marketing and Communications at SUC, signed the MOU. The event was witnessed by Mr. Mohammad Rasheed, Head of Corporate Affairs Office and Centre for Continuing Learning at SUC.

The MOU outlines the joint partnership of SUC and HOV in establishing the skill-enriching student internship program for Expo2020. This internship program is designed to strengthen students’ job skills by integrating education with practical learning experience.

SUC Signs an MOU with Noor Takaful

Skyline University College signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Noor Takaful. The MOU was signed by Ms. Ahlam Samara, Noor Takaful’s Head of HR Operations, and Mr. Rakesh Gaur, Skyline's Director for Marketing and Communications, signed the MOU on March 3, 2020. The signing was witnessed by Mr. Mohammad Rashid, Head of SUC’s Corporate Affairs Office and Center for Continuing Learning.

The MoU outlines the terms and details of the scholarship that Skyline will give to the employees of Noor Takaful and their families. It also highlights the possibility of SUC conducting management development program and seminars to the employees of the organization.

Skyline Team's Visit in SPEA

The Skyline University team, led by Founder Chairman Mr. Kamal Puri, met with H.E. Dr. Mouhditha Hashim, Chairman of the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) and her team on March 1, 2020. Mr. Puri was accompanied by Skyline executives, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations, and Dr. Deepak Kalra, Dean for the School of IT. The purpose of the visit was to update the social and technical initiatives taken by Skyline University in association with the government and private organizations within UAE. The objective of the meeting was to offer support to SPEA in developing policies and for Skyline to update them about its strategic plans to ensure that it continues to deliver progressive education to the young generation.

The Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) is responsible for developing public policies and strategic plans and proposing the necessary legislation to regulate and develop private education in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Skyline Signs an MOU with First Academy School

Skyline signs an MOU with First Academy School on March 1, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations, and Mr. Ali Bassam, Marketing Supervisor, met with Mr. Ridwan Jawaid, First Academy School Principal, and Dr. Subhi Abu Hattab, Vice Principal, for the signing.

Skyline Signs an MOU with Sharjah American International School

Skyline University College signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sharjah American International School on March 1, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, SUC's Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations and Mr. Saleh Jadayel, Sharjah American International School's Principal, signed the MOU for their respective organizations. 

 

The MoU highlights the scholarships for the students of Sharjah American International School so they can pursue their higher education. It also includes career guidance workshops for the students and also workshops for the staff and teachers.

 

MOU Renewal with Al Zuhour Private School

Skyline University College renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Al Zuhour Private School on February 26, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations met Mr. Mohamed Motawea, School Principal, and Ms. Dima Al Zuhair, Vice Principal, for the signing.

The MoU highlights the scholarships for the students of Al Zuhour Private School so they can pursue their higher education. It also includes career guidance workshops for the students and also workshops for the staff and teachers.

 

Skyline Signs an MOU with Taryam American School

Skyline University College renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Taryam American School, Sharjah, on February 11, 2020. Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa, Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations, and Mr. Bilal Banat, Assistant Manager for Business Development, met with Dr. Raed Abdalla, Principal of Taryam American School, for the signing. The MoU highlights the scholarships for the students of Taryam American School so they can pursue their higher education. It also includes career guidance workshops for the students and also workshops for the staff and teachers.

SUC Signs MOU with Athena

Skyline University College signed an MOU with the Athena Education Investment on February 10, 2020, at SUC Campus. Mr. Nitin Anand, Vice-Chairman and COEC, of SUC  and Mr. V.N.P Raj, Athena Group’s Managing Director and Founder Chairman signed the MOU.  The MOU highlights the scholarships that Skyline will provide not only to the 11 schools under  Athena Education Investment, in UAE  but also to the employees of Athena Education Investment as well as to their families. Other areas to be explored are joint conduct of Community engagement initiatives and  the possibility of SUC conducting short courses and workshops.

The signing was witnessed by the executives of each group. For Skyline, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mohammad Ina’irat, Mr. Rakesh Gaur, Director for Marketing and Communications, Dr. Ajith Kumar, Dean for the School of Business, Dr. Deepak Kalra, Dean for the School of IT, and Mr. Mohammad Rashid, the Head of Corporate Affairs Office and Centre for Continuing Learning attended the event. From the Athena Education Investment, Mrs. Sasi Raj, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Jan Horn, Director for HR, Operations and Marketing, and Dr. Shabnam Shaji, Chief Strategic Officer, graced the event.

Officers of the General Consulate of Rwanda Visited SUC

Officers from the General Consulate of Rwanda visited Skyline University College on February 6, 2020. SUC Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mohammad In’airat; Director for Marketing and Communications, Mr. Rakesh Gaur; Deputy Director for Public and Government Relations, Mr. Firas Al Tabbaa; and faculty member Dr. Nizar Sahawneh had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting the Minister Counsellor of the Republic of Rwanda in Dubai, H.E. Edouard Bizumuremyi and Communication Officer, Ms. Noor Ahmed. His Excellency and Ms. Ahmed were briefed about SUC’s 30 years of academic excellence and they were given a tour around the campus. During the visit, other areas of collaboration including scholarships for Rwanda nationals, articulation with the universities in Rwanda, and student exchange program were also discussed.
